Web-based Training: Project Orientation

The Church is implementing Oracle's Cloud financial systems, a multi-year project with several phases. The initial phase was the ramp-up of project resources. One of the key components to the onboarding of each resource was the orientation to the project. I operated as instructional designer to work with the primary stakeholder, the Chief of Staff, to understand what program leadership wanted new resources to understand as they came onto the project. The orientation was for both Church resources and our partner resources and so information about the Church as well as project specific content as included. 

The orientation was built in Articulate Rise. This project is ongoing and the work is proprietary and so screenshots are shared with some explanation of some of the elements.
